Competition terms and conditions
This competition is conducted by Plan Management Partners Pty Ltd trading as Plan Partners.
Period: Competition opens 06/05/2025 and closes 18/05/2025 at 23.59PM (AEDT).
Eligibility: Limited to members of the Plan Partners' community to claim the prize, the winners must be a customer at the time of the announcement.
How to enter: Tell us in 30 words or less why you want to win Wheelchair Rugby World Challenge 2025 Finals tickets.
Prize details: The winner will receive 5 x full day passes to the WRWC25 Finals on 1 June 2025. Prize does not include travel, accommodation or any other incidental costs.
Determining the winners: The prize will be notified at 10 am (AEDT) on 19 May 2025 at Plan Partners offices at Level 21/360 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
Announcing the winners: The winner will be announced on 19 May 2025 and will be notified by email. Winner must claim prize by 3PM (AEDT) on 22 May 2025.
Claiming the prize: The winner must claim their prize by 3PM on 22 May 2025 (AEDT) by confirming the receipt of the notification by return email, or during the notification telephone call.
Right to redraw: The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these promotion terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. For any prize that remains unclaimed at 3PM on 23 May 2025 (AEDT), a second draw will be conducted by the Drawer at 4PM (AEDT) on 23 May 2025 at the same place as the original draw, subject to any written direction given under applicable law. Plan Partners will announce the redraw winners 24 May 2025 and will notify them by email and telephone call using the details provided with the winning entry.
Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Plan Partners accepts no liability to you for any loss, including indirect or consequential losses, arising in any way from your entry into the competition or your claim of the prize (including any late, lost or misdirected claims), or your use of the prize (including any inability to use the prize, or any loss (including those arising from personal injury sustained as a result of, or during, any travel paid for with the prize).
