What is your role with Plan Partners?
I am a Customer Service Officer in our Melbourne office. Basically, I help with customer and service provider enquiries and make sure everyone’s happy and getting what they need.
What did you do before Plan Partners?
I’ve worked in the disability sector for some time now and really find it satisfying work. Before joining the Plan Partners team I spent 13 years as an integration aide, assisting children with special needs. I’ve also worked in a customer service role in local government, focussing on aged care and the NDIS.
What has been your favourite Plan Partners moment?
The moments that most inspire me and make it all worth it are when I’m able to help a customer out of a bind. That can be as simple as giving them some clarity around what’s in their NDIS plan, or it might involve coming up with a creative solution to a customer’s problem, but getting to play a part in that is pretty amazing.
What drives you?
The humbling feeling of knowing I’ve made a positive difference to someone’s day.
